Order: rows are ordered by the figure itself, then by make, model, powertrain and the row's id, all ascending and text compared lower-cased. A car with no published figure is not in the list; it is listed separately as not carrying one, with the reason. The order is total and reproducible from the published row.

This market publishes measured figures, not an overall score. Ranking cars against each other needs every factor measured for nearly every car (docs/mvp/02-data-requirements.md §1.1), and for this market the free, resellable sources do not reach those bars — horsepower, weight, warranty, reliability, crash rating and price all fall short, and the only sources that would close the gap are manufacturers' own figures, which are not resellable. Rather than publish a score built on gaps, this market publishes each figure that IS measured, says who measured it and on what basis, says how much of the market carries it, and lets you order the list by any one of them.
